Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of the scheduled shoot will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot will not be eligible for a refund.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- If GRB Videography needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, weather conditions, or emergencies), we will either reschedule the shoot at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may request a reschedule at least 72 hours in advance without any additional charges.
- Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the shoot will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Refund Policy
- Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable unless GRB Videography cancels the service.
- If a client is unsatisfied with the final product due to editing errors or quality concerns, we will make reasonable revisions at no extra charge.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
No-Show Policy
- If a client fails to show up for a scheduled shoot without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
